help@nioleads.comGetting started
Open the add-on inside Adobe Express and connect with Google when prompted. Sign-in is required for credits, preferences, and generation.
Browse available voices, preview audio samples, and use filters such as language, gender, age, or voice name when available.
Paste or type your text, keep each generation within the 2,000-character limit, and add optional voice effect tags for pauses or emphasis.
Review the estimated credit usage, generate the voiceover, and let the add-on place the MP3 audio into your current Adobe Express design.
FAQ
Yes. Some add-on features require Google sign-in so we can connect your Adobe Express add-on session with credits, saved preferences, and generation history.
Text-to-voice generation uses credits based on the text you submit. The add-on shows estimated usage before generation and links to credit plans or top-ups when more credits are needed.
The current text-to-voice workflow supports up to 2,000 characters per generation. For longer scripts, split the text into shorter sections and generate them one at a time.
Voice availability depends on the generation service and may vary by language, metadata, or service status. If a voice is missing, refresh the add-on and try again later.
Keep the Adobe Express document open, retry insertion from the error screen if available, and make sure your browser has not blocked add-on popups or downloads.
Troubleshooting
These fixes cover the most common issues with sessions, credits, voice loading, and audio insertion.
Return to the login screen and connect Google again.
Open the credits page from the add-on and purchase a plan or top-up.
Refresh Adobe Express, check your network connection, and try reopening the add-on.
Shorten the text, remove unsupported effect tags, and try again. If it continues, contact support with the error message.
