End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your access to and use of Adobe Express add-ons, website features, and AI-powered creative tools provided by NioLeads ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using our add-ons or related services, you agree to this EULA.

This EULA works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the add-ons or services.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our add-ons and related services for personal or business creative workflows inside supported Adobe Express environments.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this EULA. You do not acquire ownership of the add-ons, software, service infrastructure, brand assets, documentation, or underlying technology.

2. License restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the add-ons except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits.
• Bypass credits, usage limits, safety systems, authentication, billing, or access controls.
• Use the services to create, request, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Use automated or bulk activity that harms service reliability or other users.

3. Accounts, sign-in, and sessions

Some features require sign-in, add-on sessions, or third-party authentication such as Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your session and for activity that occurs through your access.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Some AI-powered features require credits, subscriptions, or top-ups. Credits may be consumed when you submit text, prompts, settings, or other inputs for generation. Pricing, credit allocations, and plan availability may change over time.

Checkout may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paddle. Refund terms, where available, are described in our Terms of Service and checkout materials.

5. User content and generated outputs

You are responsible for the text, prompts, uploads, reference materials, and other inputs you submit. You must have the rights needed to use those materials and to publish or distribute any resulting output.

Subject to this EULA and our Terms, you may use generated outputs for your creative projects. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the add-ons or services to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by our Terms. You may not attempt to bypass moderation, safety systems, rate limits, or content restrictions.

7. Third-party services

The services may interact with third-party platforms and providers, including Adobe Express, Google, payment processors, hosting providers, and AI service providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This EULA does not grant you rights in any third-party product or service.

Adobe Express is a product of Adobe. Our add-ons are provided by us, and this EULA does not imply endorsement by Adobe unless separately stated by Adobe.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any add-on or service feature at any time. Some features depend on network access, third-party availability, compatible Adobe Express environments, and account status.

9. Disclaimer

The add-ons and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the add-ons or services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license and access if you violate this EULA, our Terms, applicable law, or if continued access could create security, safety, legal, or operational risk. Upon termination, you must stop using the affected add-ons and services.

12. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the updated EULA.
